STAND SPECIFICATION:
A single stand consists of 8ft frontage with 1 x 6ft table and 2 chairs.
A double stand consists of 14ft frontage with 2 x 6ft tables and 2 chairs.
A triple stand consists of 20ft frontage with 3 x 6ft tables and 2 chairs.
Electricity is available for most stands. If you require a direct supply please indicate on the booking form.
You will also be listed in the show programme and on our website
We do not supply screening or shell schemes but you are welcome to bring your own display boards. Please also bring suitable table coverings.

SETTING UP & DISMANTLING:
Setting up of stands is available on the morning of the show from 8am ready for the event opening of 10am. Dismantling of stands is not permitted until the last day of the show at 5.00pm.

PROGRAMMES:
Programmes are printed 4 weeks in advance of the event, and are distributed via our mailing list, and an extensive list of outlets including shops, health centres, libraries, hospitals etc. If you are able to help promote the show by distributing programmes or posters please contact us with your requirements.

PROGRAMME ADVERTISING:
Advertising in our show programmes is available as follows:
Small Box (6cm wide x 8cm high)
Large Box (13cm wide x 8cm high)
Copy for advertisements must be received 6 weeks prior to the events
Costs for advertising is available in our Information Pack

TALKS & WORKSHOPS:
Providing an informative talk or workshop helps to promote yourself, your business and your area of expertise. We confirm the programme of talks and workshops 6 weeks prior to the event.

MARKETING:
We promote our shows in the following ways:
• Show programmes sent directly to all on our mailing list
• Show programmes and posters displayed at local and regional outlets such as natural health centres, new age shops, health food shops.
• Newspaper advertising in local and regional newspapers
• National advertising in Kindred Spirit, Positive Health, Pathways/Vibes etc
• Excellent signposting to all our events
